Growing with Care
We source our coffee beans from Columbia and Guatemala, two of the world’s most renowned coffee-producing regions. They are carefully cultivated by local farmers, who nurture the growth of the beans with the utmost love and care.
Picking with Care
During harvesting, experienced farmers hand-pick cherries at their optimal picking stage. They are naturally ripe, offering the best quality and freshness.
Selecting with Care
To select the best coffee beans, our coffee buyers travel that extra mile to reach different highland areas where black volcanic ash soil combines with high altitudes to produce naturally aromatic beans. At the same time, depending on the seasonal characteristics of each crop, we source directly with farmers from different regions to ensure our beans are always the freshest.
Blending with Care
Our Master blenders select specific coffees and combine these different beans to create a rich, complex, yet perfectly balanced flavor, turning the process into an art.
Roasting with Care
Tim Hortons' skilled coffee masters who have nearly 60 years of experience and understand that over-roasting can lead to the loss of the coffee beans' natural rich flavors, leaving only a bitter taste. That’s why we insist on small-batch roasting, precisely controlling the temperature and timing of each roast, thereby treating every roast with the rigor of a "science."
Care Makes Us Who We Are
The care we infuse into every step of the coffee process makes each cup clean, balanced, smooth, aromatic, and mild, to be shared with coffee lovers around the world.
